**Technical Support Specialist (M/F/d) da Remoto**

**requisiti comprendono**:

- Assumere la responsabilità dei ticket assegnati, fornendo un'efficiente risoluzione dei problemi tecnici e assistenza ai clienti.
- Comunicare efficacemente con il responsabile tecnico su qualsiasi nuovo problema che si presenti
- Lavorare all'interno di linee di attesa del call center in orari prestabiliti durante la giornata, pronti a gestire e risolvere i problemi dei clienti.
- Raccogliere tutte le informazioni pertinenti dai clienti, secondo le procedure operative standard dell'azienda, e registrarle utilizzando Zendesk.
- Escalation corretta dei ticket utilizzando la nostra procedura operativa standard.
- Eliminare eventuali conflitti e fornire un percorso di risoluzione adeguato per i problemi tecnici.
- Comunicare efficacemente con i team lead tecnici e con i manager in merito ai ticket invecchiati e a quelli in fase di escalation
- Comunicare efficacemente con i team lead tecnici e con i manager in merito ai ticket obsoleti e a quelli in fase di escalation.Develop dental and technical knowledge by collaborating with product teams, technical lead, and technical trainer
- Assumere la responsabilità di qualsiasi progetto individuale assegnato dal technical lead o dal CS manager

**Qualifiche e requisiti**:

- Deve parlare correntemente l'italiano (inglese mandatorio)
- Laurea in ingegneria è un vantaggio (Dental/Industrial o connessa)
- Livello minimo di esperienza nella risoluzione dei problemi tecnici obbligatorio
- Una conoscenza técnica approfondita dell'odontoiatria o della stampa 3D è preferibile.
- Familiarità con il sistema di ticketing (Ex: Salesforces, Zendesk or other)
- Esperienza in Call centre
- Competenze comunicative e informatiche
- Attenzione ai dettagli
- Capacitá di gestione del tempo
