**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Preparing quotations for customers, and providing these on time, and accurately, and ensuring all quotations are followed up with the customer, with a view to converting these to a sales order.
- Review new orders for completion. This includes validating billing and shipping information, payment terms, part number accuracy, etc.
- Review service contracts on Sales Force with Sales Engineers, as needed.
- Raise commercial invoices for Logistics and manage export/freight requirements, as needed.
- Preparing and managing purchase orders for suppliers.
- Work with Director of Sales and Sales Application Managers to maintain customer information on RMA’s and testing equipment.
- Support customers by scheduling engineering meetings with customers and documenting enquiries and information for service activities, when required.
- Manage customer and company expectations for re-stock of goods and customer deliveries interfacing with “Service Support & Logistics Coordinator”
- Other duties as assigned.

**Education/Experience**
- 5 to 10 years commercial experience and knowledge.
- Relevant experience and knowledge of order entry and general familiarity with contracts and commercial processes.
- Proven experience in similar position in an international work environment.
- Fluent English and German verbal and written
- Microsoft office software knowledge - Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- CRM software experience (Salesforce preferable).
- Microsoft Navision or similar ERP experience.
