**THE POSITION**

In your new role as Head of Engineering Infrastructure & Energy, you are accountable for all significant Engineering activities at the regional level and ensure the operational performance and growth of engineering competence in the region.

**Tasks & responsibilities**- You translate and incorporate the global Engineering standards into the region further to improve service quality.-
- As part of the global Engineering Leadership team you co-define the global Engineering strategy, develop regional action plans, and contribute to the Engineering Network on a regional level.-
- With your expertise you ensure Performance of Engineering activities in the region at the agreed level as well as a continuous build-up of competence, networking within and across the regions-
- Together with your team, you strive for fast, agile and high-quality delivery of regional Engineering services following common standards and implement and ensure service levels are met.-
- As inspiring leader, you set directions and deliver guidance and goals to your team to ensure efficient talent management.**Requirements**:
- Doctoral/ Master's degree (e.g. MBA, MSc) or Diploma degree Engineering or related field-
- Long term relevant experience in this role, including experience in coaching and developing people-
- Profound knowledge of regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical industry, experienced in managing authority and customer audits-
- Encouraging driver of innovation with service orientation, customer focus, cost consciousness and strong economic orientation as well as a quality orientation for continuous improvement-
