**What you'll do**:

- You will have a strategic view on product and cost engineering of sleep-related products like mattresses, beds or pillows
- You will analyze and understand how to improve performance of products (e.g. durability, ergonomics) and reduce the production costs (e.g. materials, construction)
- You will lead, grow and develop a team of product and cost engineers
- You will generate insights by developing a close and deep understanding of the industry, production lines, materials and suppliers
- You will think outside of the box, finding ideas to elevate the product portfolio of Emma and improve people’s sleep
- You will closely work with different teams to engineer the best and most commercial product portfolio

**Who we are looking for**:

- You have a Masters degree in Engineering or similar
- You have strong leadership skills who excel at developing and coaching engineers
- You have been working in the field of engineering, mass production or R&D in a cross-functional environment
- You have strong collaboration skills to engage with stakeholders across the company to deliver an outstanding product portfolio
- You are fluent in English, other languages will be a plus
