**Job Description**:
The Corporate Communications Specialist tells business related stories that resonate throughout our organisation. Reporting to our Head of Newsroom also based in Nuremberg, the Corporate Communications Specialist generates creative ideas for packaging complex topics in an interesting & innovative way that they are read, seen and understood. As an inspiring colleague, the Corporate Communications Specialist has a focus on digital transformation and is very interested in new digital trends. The Corporate Communications Specialist aligns closely with newsroom colleagues to research and create business relevant articles with are impactful & articulate. The Corporate Communications Specialist provides planning and execution support for a variety of communication formats include occasional live events.
**Responsibilities**:
- Work in the global Corporate Communications newsroom as a topic and/or channel manager.
- Research, create and publish exciting, relevant and impactful articles, news and stories for the company’s channels like intranet, internal newsletter or press releases.
- Create communication concepts on topics such as Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Sustainability, etc.
- Support the planning and execution of communication formats including live events.
- Work with key stakeholders across the business to ensure streamlined communication.
- You will report to the Head of Newsroom, Corporate Communications & Public Affairs.
**Requirements**:
- Completed studies, preferably with a focus on journalism, communication sciences, or similar studies or comparable training, traineeship
- At least 2-3 years of professional experience in journalism, internal/external corporate communications or communications consulting
- Initial experience in change management
- Storytelling expertise and/or experience in creating communication concepts
- Experience in working in interdisciplinary teams and project management
- Fluent in written and spoken English, ideally native speaker
