As a Cybersecurity Incident Response Specialist, you'll be a vital part of our Cyber Security & Risk Management Department.

Tasks
As an Incident Response Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in proactively preparing for, responding to, and recovering from cybersecurity incidents, ensuring the protection of Amer Sports' digital assets and maintaining business continuity.
- Monitor security systems and tools to detect suspicious activity or breaches.
- Collaborate with forensic specialists to conduct detailed analysis and determine incident severity.
- Coordinate and lead incident response efforts, working with cross-functional teams.
- Take immediate action to contain security incidents and prevent further damage.
- Develop and maintain incident response playbooks and procedures.
- Manage communication during security incidents to keep stakeholders informed.
- Provide guidance on incident response procedures and participate in exercises to enhance preparedness.
- Conduct post-incident reviews and document lessons learned for process improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams and partners to analyze and share threat intelligence.
- Stay updated on cybersecurity threats and best practices to enhance response capabilities.
**Requirements**:
- Genuine passion for technical cybersecurity and a drive to initiate change.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field. Advanced certifications (e.g., GCIH, CISSP) are advantageous.
- Proven expertise in cybersecurity incident response, covering detection, analysis, containment, and remediation.
- Deep understanding of networking protocols, security technologies, and best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of assessing complex security incidents and devising effective response strategies.
- Hands-on experience with incident response tools such as SIEM, EDR, and forensic analysis tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, adept at conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment, with excellent task prioritization and project management skills.
- Solution-oriented mindset crucial in the security context, coupled with outstanding interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.
