Shop Operations Specialist

**Company Description**:

**Tasks**:

- Copy new products, create new product groups, optimize existing product groups and shop structure, responsible for product changes, relaunches and product pictures
- Prepare products and product groups for translation and (if applicable) insert translations made by translation agencies
- Optimize product descriptions and content based on SEO guidelines and with the aim to maximize user experience
- Assisting in optimizing shop structure (in cooperation with e.g. Senior Shop Operation Specilists and Online Marketing Manager)
- Create & check promotions as well as maximize visibility of relevant promotions
- Create landing pages (in cooperation with e.g. Online Marketing Managers and Direct Marketing Managers)
- Brief banners to Graphics Department and upload and manage banners
- Create content pages
- Monitor local competitors onsite activities related to shop operations (including assortment, structure etc.) to identify new trends, assortment gaps etc.
- Coordination with the central departments when necessary
- Steering and quality control of all translation resources (e.g. students, freelancers, external agencies etc)
- Translation of various content elements (e.g. loc resources)

**Qualifications**:

- Finnish Native and proficient in English
- German knowledge is a plus
- Efficient and reliable
- Ecommerce savvy
- Some knowledge on graphics software is a plus
- Accurate and very attentive to details
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Structured and organized
- Good feeling for user website experience (in particular pet customers)
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of local ecommerce landscape
