**Ihr Aufgabengebiet**:

- Entwurf und Optimierung der gesamten optischen Baugruppe für neue und bestehende Produkte
- Analyse und Spezifikation optomechanischer Systeme unter Berücksichtigung der Schnittstellen und Anforderungen aus anderen Disziplinen (Elektronik, Mechanik, Regelungstechnik, Software)
- Definieren der optischen Tests für neue Produkte einschließlich der Hardware zur Durchführung dieser Tests
- Gewährleistung der Gültigkeit optischer Spezifikationen und Testverfahren durch Toleranzfestlegung, statistische Analyse und experimentelle Validierung
- Unterstützen Sie die Produktion bei der Erstmontage und beim Testen neuer Produkte
- Schnittstelle zu Lieferanten für Komponentenauswahl und Fertigung
- Kontakt mit Kunden, um Anforderungen, Designkonzepte und Testergebnisse zu besprechen
- Beheben von Störungen im Feldsystem, Unterstützung der Ursachenanalyse

**Ihr Profil**:

- Ingenieurabschluss in Optik oder Physik
- mehr als 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich
- Affinität zu optischem Design, Linsen, optischen Beschichtungen, Toleranzen, Statistiken, thermischen und kosteneffizienten Lösungen, starker experimenteller Hintergrund
- Kenntnisse über Herstellungsverfahren optischer Komponenten
- Erfahrung im Entwurf komplexer Systeme bestehend aus optischen, mechanischen und elektronischen/Software-Komponenten
- Breites Allgemeinwissen in anderen relevanten Ingenieurdisziplinen
- gute mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
- gute optische Fähigkeiten und Kenntnisse
- Kenntnisse in optischer Modellierung (Ansys/Zemax)
- ausgezeichnete Fähigkeiten zur Problemlösung und zum Zeitmanagement
- selbstmotivierter und gut organisierter Teamplayer
- Affinität zu softwaregestützter Modellierung und Automatisierung (Python)
