Senior Financial Manager (m/w/d)

mit Aussicht auf Übernahme einer Vorstandsposition.

Aufgaben
  • Sie sind direkter Ansprechpartner für den Vorstand bei der finanzwirtschaftlichen Überwachung der operativen Geschäftsentwicklung unserer Beteiligungen
  • Sie entwickeln aktiv die Unternehmensprozesse zur Analyse der Kosten- und Ertragsstrukturen weiter und leiten entsprechende Handlungsempfehlungen ab
  • Sie identifizieren und erschließen Einsparpotenziale und arbeiten interdisziplinär bei der Umsetzung der Unternehmensstrategie mit
  • Sie erstellen Liquiditätsplanungen und überwachen ihre Einhaltung
  • Sie wirken bei Jahresabschlusserstellungen nach HGB und IFRS mit und führen Gespräche mit Banken, Wirtschaftsprüfern und Steuerberatern
Qualifikation
  • Abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt
    Controlling/Rechnungswesen, oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im kaufmännischen Bereich
  • Selbstständige, teamorientierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
