**Account Executive**
Ever since 2014, Morressier has been helping a growing number of professional and academic societies harness the power and scalability of the digital world to make scientific research more accessible. We facilitate the connecting of the thinkers and the curious, the inquisitive amongst us, to discover, absorb and collaborate on research. We enable early stage research across our platform from peer review workflows, virtual and hybrid conferencing, research libraries and integrity checks.
We are seeking a motivated and pragmatic Account Executive to build new relationships and foster meaningful connections with academic societies, research organisations and publishers across our Enterprise and mid market clients. As a quota carrying role, you’ll be driven to close deals and focus on acquiring new partnerships. Driving both company performance and enabling our clients to accelerate scientific breakthroughs through our solutions.

- You’ll have the ability to work with our clients to solve problems and identify opportunities for us to partner on future projects
- You’ll work closely with the marketing team to develop campaigns that resonate with the academic audience and follow up on leads
- You are inquisitive and constantly looking for way to ‘open doors’ and connect with potential clients
- You are both analytical yet pragmatic with a passion for technology
- You are excited to work in a values-driven and mission-focused environment

**What we would like from you**:
- Previous experience in a quota carrying sales role, acquiring new partnerships and logos
- Exceptional track record working towards revenue targets with quantifiable success
- You are exceptional at developing amazing relationships with clients, across all levels
- You are incredibly analytical in your approach and can bring together technology, product, and sales teams to support both challenges and opportunities in our client environment
- You are metrics focused and gravitate to qualitative insights around the enablement of our clients, CSAT, Users, and Data within the platform
- Proficiency in Hubspot or similar CRM software
- Experience in the scholarly publishing industry preferred
