In Grassbrunn we are looking for a:
**(Junior) HR Shared Service Center Specialist PS DACH (f/m/d)**

**Main responsibilities**:

- Contract creation and document/ certificate management
- Employee File Management
- Payroll and Time & Attendance
- Reporting, Analytics + Audit Management
- Master of systems and tools incl. user training
- Data management incl. HRIS Systems / tools
- Insurance, Pension Management and authority correspondence
- Maintenance Self-Service Knowledge Management Basis (ie. Intranet)
- Support or lead local / DACH digitalization and automation initiatives
- Participation in HR DACH / EMEA / Global Projects and Initiatives

**Main requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Min. 2 years professional experience in HR
- Sound understanding of German labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HRIS (SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
