**(Senior) Retail Store Operation Specialist DACH**
**in Grasbrunn - Werner-von-Siemens-Ring 14**:

**AREAS of RESPONSIBILITIES and RELATED ACTIVITIES**:
Responsible for ensuring improvement of operational processes by introducing new procedures, projects that are in line with business goals. As Store Operations Specialist you are part of the Luxottica Retail DACH Operations team responsible for store operations of Sunglass Hut, Rayban, David Clulow, Oliver Peoples and Oakley and partner concession stores in the market. You will support the Retail operations manager in developing, maintaining and coordinating operations projects/ throughout the retail network of 80+ stores spread across 4 countries Germany - Switzerland - Austria - Czech Republic. You will also coordinate with the EMEA retails operations team.

AREAS of RESPONSIBILITIES and RELATED ACTIVITIES
- Develop and maintain In-Store Tool Kits documents with the aim of supporting the SM in driving their teams to achieve their target, in organizing In-Store activities, in planning Store coverage and in developing their people.
- Develop and maintain an Optimum Coverage Model to guarantee that the Stores have the perfect coverage to guarantee the maximum hourly productivity without losing sales
- Act as gatekeeper in regards to the Communications from the Office to the Stores with the aim of guarantee a very clear, efficient and effective communicaiton
- Develop and maintain new projects/ tools for retail businesses collaborating with cross-functions areas
- Coordinate with the store systems/ Retail technology team to manage technology support for stores for new projects.
- Support field leaders, and AM to ground new projects.
- Implement training with relevant field audience for operations initiatives.
- Drive digital tools adoption and business goals by constant follow up with the field/ EMEA teams.
- Drive omnichannel business goals by constant follow up with the field.
- Coordinate and support the field/property team for new store openings.
- Ensure in coordination with the central team access for dashboard, virtual store and updated master data.
- Manage and support business as usual requirement as necessary
- Committed to creating a positive and energetic culture within an ever-changing environment.
- A business degree with at least 3 years of work experience in retail operations and/or field experience in a retail company.
- Project management experience is a plus.
- Driven, Organized, efficient, and able to work under pressure independently.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to multitasks and align with all stakeholders.
- Ability to work with new IT /Operations systems tools.
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft office programs including Word and PowerPoint to create template and documents for internal audiences. Proficiency in data management and excellent understanding of Excel.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proven ability to proactively find business appropriate solutions, fill gaps where needed.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to develop a cooperative working relationship with others inside and outside of the business
- Ability to thrive under pressure and always driven to achieve results within tight deadlines
