**The Role**:
For our LucaNet office in Munich we are looking for hands-on support in our Workplace Experience & Events team to start at the next possible date. People are at the center of our success and this team is focused on making sure everyone has what they need to be productive, supported and engaged.
As our direct contact person for customers, employees, and partners, you make sure that the daily office routine runs smoothly. You enjoy communicating with people and use your organizational skills to pull things together. At LucaNet, you actively shape the future in a rapidly growing international company.

**What you'll do**:
- You will own the operations at your local office and help build a strong workplace team.
- You are the first point of contact for our employees in all matters relating to their workplace, be it on-site in the office, home office or remotely.
- You keep an eye on the orderliness and equipment of our office, take care of reorders of F&B and office supplies on your own and manage our office service providers responsibly.
- By implementing and managing a variety of different workplace experience projects you drive a sense of belonging and community across the workforce regardless of where, when, and how they work.
- You drive measures that spark employee engagement and strengthen our company values.
- You will work part-time 20-30 hours a week.
**What you bring to the table**:
- 2+ years of professional experience in the field of office/workplace management.
- 1+ years of experience in the field of assistance/ executive assistance.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, friendly, loyal, and confidential.
- Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work tasks.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong service mindset and passion for helping others.
- Good German skills (both verbally and written) and very good knowledge of English (our company language).
