**Duties**:

- Maintain records and files per FAP SOP and ACS standards.
- Answer and log phone calls and voice messages.
- Update FAP administrators on daily tasks.
- Develop timelines for documents and correspondence.
- Handle correspondence like clearance requests, meeting minutes, and reports.
- Compile data from all FAP components into a single Excel database.
- Maintain and update a library of FAP references.
- Assist with marketing FAP classes and briefs.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in English, with a high school or college diploma.
- 18 months managing files in an Army setting or 1 year in an office.
- Complete AT Level I, OPSEC, iWATCH, and IA training within specified timelines
- Attend post-award conferences and progress meetings
