**The Company**:
Our client is a fast growing, pan European consumer manufacturer with >1.5 bn€ in annual revenue. The company has manufacturing presence in Ireland, UK, Germany, Czech Republic and Italy. It has historically grown through successful acquisition of consumer brands and manufacturers. A few months ago, our client was acquired by a large-cap private equity, which plans to continue to grow through acquisition.

You will be part of our client’s transformation / value creation program and have direct interaction to the private equity owner. You will start as “Chief of Staff / Transformation” (M/F/d) for one of the client’s companies/brands (>100 m€ revenues), that was acquired a few months ago.

**Your Tasks**:
The Chief of Staff will lead and ensure successful delivery of key strategies as well as provide support to the CEO on other strategic priorities that may arise. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Lead development of business case for these strategic decisions / projects (e.g. logistics consolidation)
- Develop appropriate target operating model for the business
- Provide disciplined program management to ensure timely delivery and benefit realization
- Establish rigorous performance tracking with a focus on value and other KPIs
- This role will report directly into the CEO. It will require working closely with finance and operations teams, both within the client as well as broader the private equity**What You Bring With You**:

- Strong strategic, analytical capability with good business judgment
- Value oriented and pragmatic about getting to outcomes. Able to “roll-up sleeves” and dig in to troubleshoot as needed
- High level of independence and proactively drive opportunities / solutions
- Prior experience (incl. client work) with Manufacturing industry is preferred
- 4-7 years of strategy consulting experience (mid-level manager) for a top tier, strong boutique firm and/or working experience in a similar role
- Industry experience in consumer goods / retail nice to have but no must have
- First experience in working with private equities
- Fluency in German and English
