Head of Sic Product Management

This is your new job
- Lead the global SiC Product Management team
- Take responsibility for the entire product portfolio management (e.g. Product Life Cycle, spec definition, quality requirements, initial price setting)
- Develop and own the SiC roadmap (innovation and optimization and creation of business cases)
- Take accountability for the product group strategy as well as long term planning
- Drive yearly sales and margin implementation of SiC as well as all cross functional actions required to achieve these business plan targets
- Drive New Product Introduction (NPI) to achieve business case fulfilment targets
- Be accountable for business case execution and fulfillment
- Become the interface between marketing, development, quality, operations and all other departments of the Business Group SiC
This is you
- Minimum master’s degree in semiconductor device physics, electrical engineering or similar
- Minimum 10 years professional product marketing background
- Entrepreneurial approach with strong customer focus and service orientation
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluent written and spoken English & German
- Excellent analytical and structured work approach
- Intercultural awareness and ability to work in international teams
- Ability to take functional lead of cross-functional teams
- Willingness to travel (10-15%)
