To complement our team of recognized IT experts, we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual. You will be heading the sub-section ‘Corporate Products HR’ and report to the Global Head of ‘Business Solution - Corporate Systems’. This position has the responsibility to lead a diverse team of highly dedicated experts who are building, running and managing the HR IT-product portfolio according to a strategic digitalization roadmap.

This position will be located in Munich.

YOUR JOB
- Disciplinary and functional management of a team of highly qualified and motivated IT-experts
- Oversee the delivery of transform projects of the HR Digital Roadmap to ensure that they are on time and budget, and that they exceed business expectations for quality
- Assure the run and management of the product portfolio including performing scheduled health checks and development of product strategies and roadmaps
- Be accountable for all the project & product related status reporting, resource management, financial management, timesheet tracking, etc.
- Foster relationships with the HR leadership to ensure projects and programs align to business objectives
- Manage and support change effectively and act as a change agent
- Lead the recruitment and development of talent to deliver all approved global and regional in-flight and pipeline initiatives - with an emphasis on deep business knowledge, product management, solution architecture and DevOps
- Co-ordinate with global counterparts to standardize and ensure scaled collaboration.
- Actively manage, troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues to senior management, including highlighting any gaps within budget or resources required. This includes vendor management deliverables
- Manage IT and operational risks relating to compliance, risk, audit and privacy/data protection, ensuring that system and process controls are compliant with applicable Munich Re policies, standards and all regulations
- Build, lead and preserve a highly motivated and high performing world-class team culture - think globally and act locally

YOUR PROFILE
- University degree in IT or business information management or equivalent qualification
- Team-building abilities and strong skills in the management of internal and external interfaces, also in an international context
- Highly developed leadership qualities and management experience
- Experience of leading change processes and excellent organisational skills
- Ideally profound knowledge of SAP Success Factors and SAP HCM
- Collaborative working style, creating a culture of accountability and sharing
- High level of service and client focus, aspiration of co-creation and experience in stakeholder management
- Ideally excellent command of German and English and willingness to travel
- “Cultural awareness” and willingness to work in an international and diverse team
