**Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the planning, development, and launch of innovative SaaS products enhancing our Industrial DevOps offering.
- Gather and analyze data, customer feedback, and market trends to inform product strategies and development.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure alignment and meet product goals.
- Develop and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features, and enhancements to meet customer needs and business objectives.
- Ensure that products adhere to the highest standards of quality, usability, and performance.
- Communicate product value propositions, features, and benefits to internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and evaluate product performance metrics, making necessary adjustments to meet KPIs and customer satisfaction.

**Basic Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in product management, preferably in the industrial automation/software or SaaS sector.
- Experience in IIoT / Industrial Software / MES / Industrial Control (Siemens, Rockwell, Beckhoff, CodeSys) products is strong plus
- Proven track record of leading the development and launch of successful software products.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable plans.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Knowledge of the industrial sector and associated regulatory and compliance requirements is highly desirable.
