We are seeking a highly skilled Head of Mobile Product Engineering to join our team at simpleclub. As a key member of our engineering leadership, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our mobile products and driving innovation across the company.

The Role:

We are looking for an experienced technical leader who can guide our cross-functional teams in developing mobile and web applications that meet the highest standards of quality and performance. As Head of Mobile Product Engineering, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading development teams in delivering multiple simultaneous product development efforts;
  • Mentoring and coaching senior engineers to excel in their craft;
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to set and achieve product and technical OKRs;
  • Promoting best practices in software architecture, design, development, delivery, and operations;

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong knowledge of Frontend development for Android, iOS, and Web platforms;
  • Advanced proficiency in Flutter with open-source contributions or personal projects;
  • Experience leading development teams on multiple simultaneous product development efforts;
  • Strong computer science and software development fundamentals;
  • Ability to work and lead through change and ambiguity;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork;
