**Deine Aufgaben**

Das Business Transformation Management Team unterstützt Uniper dabei, wichtige strategische Initiativen voranzutreiben. Außerdem fungieren wir als Berater und Coach für das Projektmanagement. Als Project Management Capability Lead bist du verantwortlich für die Kompetenzentwicklung im Corporate Project Management bei Uniper.
- Du entwickelst einen strukturierten Ansatz für den Aufbau von Projektmanagementkompetenzen, der aus einer guten Mischung aus Lernansätzen, Community-Events und Mentoring besteht
- Du fungierst als Vorbild für hervorragendes Projektmanagement und coachst oder betreust andere Projektmanager bei Uniper
- Du bist in der Lage, ein Projekt in allen Phasen seines Lebenszyklus federführend voranzutreiben, indem du hervorragendes Projektmanagement in allen typischen Projektmanagement-Dimensionen demonstrierst und ein angemessenes Stakeholder-Management für operative Mitarbeiter und Führungskräfte bis zur L1-Ebene sicherstellst
- Du entwickelst ein solides Verständnis für verschiedene geschäftliche und technische Bereiche und bist in der Lage, Entscheidungsfindungsprozesse und die Lösung von Problemen auf operativer und leitender Ebene zu erleichtern

**Dein Profil**
- 5-10 Jahre Erfahrung in Projektmanagement-Disziplinen mit nachweislicher Erfolgsbilanz bei der Umsetzung von Projekten, z. B. Umsetzung von Geschäftsstrategien, organisatorischen Umstrukturierungen und Betriebsmodellen, Fusionen und Übernahmen, Digitalisierung, Umsetzung von Vorschriften oder Compliance
- Erfahrungen mit dem Aufbau und der Moderation von Arbeitsgemeinschaften, der Organisation von Veranstaltungen und der Entwicklung von Kommunikationsplänen
- Erfahrungen mit der Entwicklung von Learning Journeys oder ähnlichen Aufgaben zur Entwicklung von HR-Fähigkeiten
- Erfahrung mit typischen Managementberatungsfähigkeiten, z. B. Bildung von Teams mit unterschiedlichem kulturellem Hintergrund, Moderation von Workshops, Treffen von Entscheidungen mit hochrangigen Stakeholdern, aktives Management von Veränderungsprozessen
- Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und präzise mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikation mit Stakeholdern auf operativer Ebene bis hin zur obersten Führungsebene; die Erstellung hochwertiger Folien ist ein Muss
- Nachgewiesene Erfahrung im Bereich der digitalen Transformation oder zumindest ein nachgewiesenes Interesse an digitalen Technologien, den sich daraus ergebenden Geschäftsmöglichkeiten und der dafür erforderlichen Denkweise und neuen Arbeitsweisen
- Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in Geschäftsbereichen der Energiewirtschaft bevorzugt
- Bereitschaft, bis zu 40 % zu reisen, wenn der Projektauftrag dies erfordert
