**Als Angebotskoordinator*in (m/w/d) unterstützen Sie die Fachexpert*innen von Guidehouse bei der Erstellung komplexer Angebote, Präsentationen und anderer Leistungen. Die Stelle ist in erster Linie für unser Segment Energy, Sustainability & Infrastructure (ES&I) vorgesehen.**

**Responsibilities**:
- Work with proposal teams and within the EME Proposal team to support multiple, concurrent proposal submissions
- German native speaking proposal manager is expected to focus on compliance, clarity and high quality, of all proposal documents.
- Main responsibilities are
- Create proposal response document(s), manage online procurement forms and online proposal submittals
- Create compliance matrix and development schedule for proposal team to ensure compliance with client´s Request for Proposals (RFP) and adequate time for review, assembly, and delivery
- Schedule and facilitate proposal kick-off meetings, status meetings, strategy sessions, editorial and quality/compliance reviews, as well as submittal activities
- Compile list of (non) technical questions for submittal to client prior to deadline date
- If applicable, monitor online bid site for addendums, answers to submitted questions, and updated information
- Collaborate with external proposal teaming partners (subcontractors, partners) especially in completion of administrative requirements
- Coordinate with the legal, IT, and other Guidehouse operations teams to complete required forms, to receive other non-technical information and documents as needed (insurance, tax documents, sustainability, equal opportunity, cyber security), and ensure terms & conditions are reviewed.
- Review and develop all non-technical requirements for inclusion in the response
- Create graphics (PowerPoint) such as organization charts and workflow diagrams, as needed
- Work with Guidehouse graphics team if relevant for certain specific and/or specialized graphical needs
- Assemble relevant qualifications for proposal, including technical / client qualifications, staff biographies, and work references
- Provide final editing and formatting to ensure high quality submittal
- Ensure on-time and compliant proposal submission
- Archive and store all materials created during the proposal process
- Provide input and updates to the proposal team’s Content Management System (SharePoint), including but not limited to final proposals, updated project summaries and qualifications
- Coordinate with the legal, IT, and other Guidehouse operations teams to keep all German required forms up to date and to German standard (insurance, tax documents, sustainability, equal opportunity, cyber security)
The major part of the work is needed in native German. Next to German, English is the main working language, within the broader Europe Middle East (EME) team and wider firm.
Qualifications:
**Skills and Core Capabilities**:
- Able to review, understand, and summarize client proposal requirements
- Able to coordinate development of multiple proposals simultaneously
- Strong organizational and time management skills, multi-tasking abilities, detail-oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including high grammatical proficiency to ensure highest quality and consistency with internal style guides
- Excellent customer service with individuals at all levels both internal and external
- Experience collaborating with teams comprised of senior level company leaders
- Able to work effectively with remote team members
**Position Requirements**:
- Native German speaker, excellent in English (speaking, reading, writing)
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business communications, or equivalent
- Advanced user of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
- Experience with online procurement sites is a plus
- Prior experience in proposal management is a plus
- Prior experience in professional services industry, procurement or government agency is a plus
