The ideal candidate will have excellent English written and spoken skills, with German being a plus. SalaryWe offer a competitive salary, estimated at €50,000 - €60,000 per year, depending on experience. This amount reflects the value we place on your skills, qualifications, and contributions to our team.
Job DescriptionIn this role, you will support the development of new foundations by researching and drafting proposals to expand our mission into other countries. You will assist in overseeing and coordinating research projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met under the guidance of our leadership team. Additionally, you will contribute to concepts for international rollouts, including gathering data, preparing presentations, and coordinating initial steps.
You will provide organizational and logistical support for fundraising initiatives, including preparation for CEO meetings with potential funders. Furthermore, you will support partnership initiatives by assisting in outreach, drafting materials, and tracking progress with external stakeholders.
RequirementsTo succeed in this position, you must possess exceptional organizational and multitasking skills. You should be able to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion. Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and tasks are essential. High attention to detail and problem-solving skills are also required.
