**The position**:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Revenue Enablement to lead both our Revenue Operations team and build our global Sales Enablement function from the ground up. This pivotal role will be instrumental in driving Hive's growth by optimizing our revenue processes and empowering our sales team to achieve peak performance. As part of this role you will be:

- Lead and develop the Revenue Operations team together with the Revenue Operations Lead, ensuring seamless alignment between sales, marketing and the optimization of our internal tools (CRM Hubspot, Aircall, etc.)
- Design and implement a comprehensive global Sales Enablement strategy to enhance sales productivity and effectiveness across our Hive locations and build up an effective team
- Oversee the development of sales training programs, playbooks, and tools to support our growing sales organization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, improve data quality, and drive revenue growth
- Analyze sales performance metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership
- Manage and optimize our tech stack to support revenue generation activities

**Your profile**:

- We know—sometimes, you can’t tick every box. However, we would still love to hear from you if you think you’re a good fit_
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Enablement roles, with a track record of driving revenue growth
- Proven leadership experience, preferably in a high-growth SaaS or tech environment and with leader of leaders experience
- Deep understanding of sales methodologies, CRM systems, and sales tech stack
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies (Consulting, VC or Investment banking toolkit)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA/Master is a plus

The mentioned qualifications are the **minimum requirements at a Head of level.**VP positions are only available for people that have shown significant business success at top companies, more experience and in general have met the internal bar of what a VP position warrants at Hive.
