Neumann Gruppe GmbH, the Headquaters of Neumann Kaffee Gruppe, is located in Hamburg. At NG, we coordinate the activities of the group and manage overall developments strategically. We also support the work of the group companies with various functional areas, such as Compliance, Controlling, IT, Legal, Tax, Risk Control, HR, and Communications.

Auf Sie warten spannende Aufgaben
In dieser Funktion unterstützen Sie unser dreiköpfiges Steuerteam mit der Organisation administrativer Themen und halten so den Kolleginnen und Kollegen den Rücken frei. Konkret gehören die folgenden Themen zu Ihrem Aufgabengebiet:
- Administration: Sie übernehmen die Organisation administrativer Themen der Steuerabteilung, dabei Betreuen Sie u.a. den Schriftverkehr mit Behörden, Sie führen unsere Posteingangs
- und Postausgangsbücher und behalten den Überblick über steuerliche Fristen. Darüber hinaus betreuen Sie unsere Beraterverträge und sind verantwortlich für deren ordnungsgemäße Abrechnung.- Compliance: Sie unterstützen bei der Erstellung von Steuererklärungen, steuerlichen Anmeldungen und bei der Einreichung von Anträgen. Wesentlich ist hierbei u.a. die Ermittlung, Zusammenfassung und Aufarbeitung steuerlich relevanter Daten aus dem Buchhaltungssystem.- Präsentation: Sie ertsellen Präsentationen und Schriftstücke zu steuerlichen Themen.- Prozessdokumentation und Richtlinien: Sie unterstützen bei der Erstellung und Aktualisierung unternehmensinterner Richtlinien und Verfahrensdokumentationen zu steuerlichen Themen.- Digitalisierung: In Ihrer Funktion kümmern Sie sich um den Intranetauftritt der Steuerabteilung und sind administrativer Ansprechpartner für unsere Systeme, Steuerprogramme und Datenbanken.- Archivierung: Sie übernehmen die digitale und physische Archivierung von steuerlich relevanten Daten und Dokumente, sie pflegen steuerlich relevante Stammdaten der Gruppengesellschaften,so dass diese stets abrufbar sind.
Das bringen Sie mit- Qualifikationen: Sie verfügen über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene steuerliche Ausbildung, z.B. ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Fachhochschulstudium mit dem Schwerpunkt Steuern oder eine Ausbildung zur/zum Steuerfachangestellten, sowie kontinuierlich absolvierten Fortbildungen.- Erfahrungen: Sie bringen fundierte Erfahrungen in der Steuerabteilung eines Konzernunternehmens oder einer Beratungsgesellschaft mit und haben gelernt über administrative Themen den Überblick zu behalten.- IT-Skills: Sie sind IT-affin, verfügen über sehr gute Kenntnisse in den MS Office Anwendungsprogrammen und haben Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Buchhaltungsprogrammen.- Soft Skills: Sie sind eine engagierte Persönlichkeit, die mit einer ausgeprägten sorgfältigen, zuverlässigen und eigenverantwortlichen Arbeitsweise sowie Teamgeist überzeugt.- It's international: Sie verfügen über eine ausgeprägte interkulturelle Kompentenz sowie über verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift. Spanischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
