Key Responsibilities
  • Consultation and Advisory Services: Collaborate with clients to identify and implement effective tax compliance management systems, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Tax Process Optimization: Analyze and optimize tax business processes, leveraging modern software and technology to improve efficiency and reduce risk.
  • Implementation and Support: Assist in the implementation of tax tool solutions, providing training and support to clients to ensure successful adoption and integration.
  • Staying Up-to-Date: Stay current with changes in tax laws, regulations, and industry developments, applying this knowledge to provide expert guidance to clients.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: A degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, IT, or a related field, combined with experience in tax consulting, organization management, or business process management.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Excellent communication skills in German and English, with a strong interest in digitalization and automation in tax consulting.
