Tax Compliance Management Specialist

Mazars GmbH & Co. KG is seeking a highly skilled Tax Compliance Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our tax consulting practice, you will be responsible for providing expert advice to national and international clients on their tax organization and processes.
Key Responsibilities- Consultation and Advisory Services: Provide strategic guidance to clients on tax compliance management, including the implementation of tax compliance management systems.
- Process Optimization: Assist clients in updating and modernizing their company tax processes and structures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Technology Implementation: Optimize and automate tax business processes using modern software solutions.
- Project Support: Support the implementation of tax tool solutions and provide expertise to clients on tax compliance management.
- Education: Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, IT, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in tax consulting, organization management, or business process management.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills in German and English, with a strong interest in digitalization and automation in tax consulting.
