Your Role: Global Mobility Tax Support Specialist
As a Working Student within our Global Mobility Tax team, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth tax processes for our international workforce. You will be responsible for guiding employees through the annual tax process, creating informative communication materials, and collaborating with internal stakeholders and external service providers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support to employees during the yearly tax process, including answering inquiries and resolving issues.
- Develop clear and concise communication materials to educate employees on tax-related matters.
- Collaborate with our company's tax provider by delivering accurate data and ensuring timely information exchange.
- Track and follow up with service providers, internal stakeholders, and employees to gather necessary information for tax filings.
- Review tax authorizations and work closely with our tax provider to ensure accuracy and compliance based on guidance from the internal tax team.
- Monitor and manage payments to and from tax authorities, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
Your Qualifications:
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field; prior knowledge of taxation is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English.
