Jump into the world of HR as our new Working Student From onboarding to admin support, you’ll be an essential part of our team, helping us grow and thrive. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves to learn and contribute to a team making a real difference.
- Participate in exciting HR projects—help plan trainings, take charge of surveys, and more
- Provide administrative support for HR projects and daily tasks.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have a smooth and welcoming start.
- Assist in developing and refine HR policies that help make our workplace truly unique.
- Help our office and academy space thrive by assisting in office management.

**✨ What Makes You a Great Fit**:

- Currently enrolled in a university program in Germany.
- Attention to detail.
- Proficiency in **German (C2)** and English (C1) is a Must.
- Ability to commit to a part-time schedule of 15-20 hours per week.
- Commit to visiting our Berlin office at least once a week.
- No specific field of studies is required, but passion to make an impact and HR is essential.
