Join our **HR Team** as an **HR Intern/Working Student** (welcoming all genders) in vibrant Berlin

We are looking for a motivated individual to support our **HR** team with **HR administration, recruiting, and office management tasks**. This is the perfect opportunity for students pursuing studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar fields, offering you the chance to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, international tech company.

At castLabs, you’ll be part of a collaborative and welcoming team that values growth and development, where your contributions will directly impact our operations.

**Your Key Responsibilities**:

- **HR Administration**: Assist with maintaining employee records, updating internal databases, and ensuring HR documentation is accurate and up to date.
- **Office Management**: Support the coordination of office supplies, events, and general office operations to ensure a smooth workflow.

**Your Profile**:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- **Proficiency in German is a must-have,** with excellent communication skills in both German and English.
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach to learning and supporting the team.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
