Ihr Aufgabengebiet
- Sie erarbeiten eine kreative Vision und eine Kommunikationsstrategie für eine globale medizinische Konferenz
- Sie vermitteln die Unternehmensidentität, die Bereichsstrategie und Konzepte in ansprechenden Kommunikationsmitteln für medizinische Bildungsinitiativen
- Weiterhin unterstützen und treiben Sie die Umsetzung der medizinischen Strategie aus Marketing-, Kommunikations
- und Markenperspektive voran und überwachen diese bis zur Fertigstellung
- Dazu leiten Sie Brainstorming
- und Kreativsitzungen, um Ideen für persönliche und soziale Engagement-Aktivitäten zu generieren
- Dabei arbeiten Sie stets eng mit Interessengruppen zusammen, um Kenntnisse über Anforderungen, Bedürfnisse und Wünsche zu erhalten
- Sie leiten ein Team aus Bildungsmanager: innen, Veranstaltungsmanager: innen, Kommunikationsmanager: innen, Illustrator: innen, Texter: innen, usw., um deren Talente konstruktiv zu fördern und effektiv einzusetzen
- Das Verfassen und die Gestaltung einzigartiger und elaborierter Texte, die den Anforderungen an medizinisches Schreiben entsprechen, gehört ebenfalls zu Ihrem Aufgabengebiet

Das bringen Sie mit
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing, Kunst, Design oder ähnliches
- Praktische Erfahrung in der Durchführung kreativer Prozesse, (Online-)Marketing, Social-Media-Kommunikation, Grafikdesign und in der Umsetzung von Markenidentitäten von Vorteil
- Erfahrung als Creative Director oder in einer ähnlichen kreativen Rolle wünschenswert
- Gute Kommunikations
- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
- Begeisterte: r Teamplayer: in mit starken organisatorischen und analytischen Fähigkeiten
- Leidenschaft für die Arbeit in einem Lifestyle-Sektor, der ähnlich reguliert ist wie die pharmazeutische Industrie
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
