Advisor Medical Affairs (m/w/d) Immunologie

Welche Herausforderungen erwarten dich?

Du fungierest als medizinische Schnittstelle zum Brand-Team
Du unterstützt mit klinischem, wissenschaftlichem und strategischem Input das funktionsübergreifende Team
Du entwickelst durch deine medizinisch-wissenschaftlichen und kreativen Beiträge lokale (Werbe-) Materialien wesentlich mit und gibst diese nach medizinischer Prüfung frei
Du unterstützt Produktneueinführungen und Indikationserweiterungen
Du trainierst interne Geschäftspartner wie Vertrieb und Marketing
Die strategische cross-funktionale Zusammenarbeit mit Marketing, Gesundheitspolitik und anderen Abteilungen bei der Erstellung und Umsetzung des lokalen Brand Plans gehören ebenfalls zu deinen Aufgaben
Du agierst als wissenschaftlicher Partner für die Zulassungsabteilung, die Arzneimittelsicherheit, Medical Information und Medical Science Liaisons
Du trägst zur Entwicklung und Umsetzung des Brand Plans bei, sowohl der medizinischen Abteilung als auch funktionsübergreifend
Du bist federführend in Thought-Leader-Management involviert
Du bist für die Kundenbetreuung zuständig und beantwortest externe Kundenfragen, einschließlich spezifische Anfragen über Medical Information & Sales

Du fungierst als medizinische Schnittstelle zur Clinical Operations Abteilung
Du bist Ansprechpartner für Studienteams, andere Abteilungen und Kunden im Zusammenhang mit klinischen Studien und in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Clinical Operations Abteilung
In Abstimmung mit dem globalen Studienteam bringst du die Filial-Perspektive in die Planung und die wissenschaftlichen Inhalte klinischer Prüfungen wie Protokolle, Informed Consent, Studienabschlussberichte und Publikationen ein

Du lieferst wissenschaftliche-medizinische Expertise
Du führst Symposien, Advisory Boards, Meetings zum wissenschaftlichen Austausch und Weiterbildung sowie Speaker Trainings durch
Du unterstützt die Datenanalyse, die Entwicklung von Slide-Sets sowie Publikationen (Abstracts, Poster, Manuskripte) und Beiträge in medizinischen Fachzeitschriften und unterstützt damit die Publikationsplanung des globalen/regionalen und lokalen Teams
Du hältst dich über medizinische und wissenschaftliche Entwicklungen auf dem Laufenden, führst eine kontinuierliche Markt
- und Wettbewerbsanalyse durch, bewertest relevante medizinische Literatur kritisch, um das Brand Team mit aktuellen Erkenntnissen zu unterstützen
In Zusammenarbeit mit Medical Information erstellst du medizinische Antwortschreiben (lokal) und überprüfst regionale oder globale Schreiben
Sicherstellung der Compliance mit allen relevanten Regularien wie SOPs, GCP-VO, AMG, HWG

Wie überzeugst du uns?

Wenn du auf folgende Erfolge in deiner bisherigen Laufbahn zurückblicken kannst, bringst du die besten Voraussetzungen mit:
Du verfügst über eine naturwissenschaftliche Hochschulausbildung
Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Immunologie mit (mind. 4 Jahre), vorzugsweise im Bereich immunmodulatorische Therapie
Du bringst Erfahrung und Kontakte in der Zusammenarbeit mit Experten mit
Du hast Erfahrung im Bereich Medical Affairs oder als MSL sowie umfangreiche Erfahrung im TL-Leader Management
Du verfügst über herausragende zwischenmenschliche und kommunikative Eigenschaften, arbeitest gut im Team und bist es gewohnt zu präsentieren
Du kommunizierst effektiv dein Wissen rund um therapeutisch verfügbare Möglichkeiten der klinischen Realität und relevanter medizinisch/wissenschaftlicher Informationen
Du verfügst über Verständnis der kommerziellen Belange
Du besitzt die Fähigkeit, wissenschaftliche Daten in aussagekräftige und klare Inhalte für die Kundenkommunikation und -einbindung zu formulieren
Du bist es gewohnt, effektiv mit Geschäftspartnern anderer Bereiche wie Marketing, Compliance, Legal, Regulatory, PRA zusammenzuarbeiten
Du kannst im anspruchsvollen Umfeld mit hoher Komplexität gut priorisieren
Neben sehr guten Englisch
- und EDV Kenntnissen sind für dich Durchsetzungsfähigkeit, Verhandlungsgeschick, ein sicheres Auftreten und ein hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortlichkeit selbstverständlich
