Senior Director Medical Affairs (m/w/d) Rheumatologie

Welche Herausforderungen erwarten dich?
Strategische und cross-funktionale Zusammenarbeit mit Marketing, Gesundheitspolitik und anderen Abteilungen bei der Erstellung und Umsetzung des lokalen Brand Plans
Medizinische Unterstützung bei regulatorischen Angelegenheiten und Interaktionen mit Regierungsbehörden
Ärztliche Überprüfung von lokalen medizinischen Trainings-Materialien, Zulassungsunterlagen, Erstattungsdossiers und sonstiger Firmenunterlagen mit medizinischen Inhalten sowie Erteilung von medizinischen Freigaben
Medizinisch-wissenschaftliche Betreuung und Referententätigkeit auf nationalen und internationalen Kongressen
Leitung von medizinischen Meetings (z.B. Advisory Boards, Symposien)
Unterstützung des Managementteams der Business Unit, einschließlich der medizinischen Leitung bei der Vorbereitung und Verwaltung des lokalen oder BU Budgets
Proaktive und produktive Zusammenarbeit mit allen cross-funktionalen Partnern, lokal, in der IBU (International Business Unit) und auf globaler Ebene

Wie überzeugst du uns?

Wenn du auf folgende Erfolge in deiner bisherigen Laufbahn zurückblicken kannst, bringst du die besten Voraussetzungen mit:
Arzt/Ärztin mit abgeschlossener Facharztausbildung (vorzugsweise Rheumatologie, Innere Medizin) und klinischer Erfahrung
Idealerweise mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Rheumatologie oder Industrieerfahrung im Bereich Medical Affairs
Freude an cross-funktionaler Arbeit und Arbeiten auf Augenhöhe
Kommunikationsstärke und Durchsetzungsvermögen
Team
- und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
Sehr gute PC- sowie Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
