As C&B Specialist you will be part of the wider People & Organization Function to do epic things. This role belongs to the P&O Services team which is the center of excellence for all services related to the employee life cycle such as the administration of any kind of documents, Time and attendance registration, Employee advisory, Payroll, Global mobility, Systems and analytics and Compensation and Benefits.

This role will be entirely focused on bringing the C&B landscape to the next level by designing state of the art programs for our workforce across Europe. You will be responsible for our annual salary reviews and continuously review and improve our compensation processes. As the go to person for our benefit programs you analyze market standards and design programs for our employees to attract and retain our talents. With your analytical skills you provide salary and headcount dashboards to the senior management. You act as the interface between recruitment, employee relations, finance and the senior leadership.

**Your duties**:

- You will be responsible for C&B programs and act as an interface between internal and external stakeholders.
- You will take care of regular reporting, headcount reporting and controlling of information.
- You will conduct market analysis of state of the art C&B programs and work as a partner with internal cross-functional teams and external supply partners.
- Maintaining our knowledge base content on our intranet will be one of your tasks as well.
- You will support projects and initiatives across the P&O Function (Set-up of new foreign entities, Process Automation, system integration etc.).

**Your profile**:

- You have several years of professional experience in the field of Compensation & Benefits.
- High motivation to develop an epic employee experience as well as strong intercultural communication skills characterize you.
- You have a proactive, precise and independent way of working and manage competing priorities with ease.
- You are able to deal with complex, ambiguous situations and have good judgment and critical thinking.
- Know-how in dealing with HCM systems (Personio)
- Business fluent English and German skills in spoken and written as well as joy in breaking new ground and creating new culture for us round off your profile.
