**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Du baust unser neues Produktionsteam auf und bist für dessen Leitung und Koordination verantwortlich
- Das Projektmanagement liegt ganz bei dir, von effizienter Koordination bis hin zur Planung von Anfragen aus anderen Teams (Performance, Inhouse Marketing, People Team,...)
- Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die Erstellung von ansprechenden Inhalten in verschiedenen Formaten, insbesondere Foto
- und Videoformat
- Du stellst sicher, dass hohe Qualitätsstandards, Zeitpläne und Budgets bei der Content-Produktion eingehalten werden
- Die kontinuierliche Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung des Bereichs, von Prozessen bis hin zu innovativen Content-Ideen liegt ganz bei dir
- Du arbeitest eng mit anderen Bereichen bei Mawave zusammen und kümmerst dich um eine nahtlose Integration des neuen Bereichs

**Dein Profil**:

- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Kommunikation, Design oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Du hast bereits mind. 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Content-Produktion
- Du fühlst dich sicher im Umgang mit Equipment und lässt deine Leidenschaft für Video
- und Fotografie bei der Produktion einfließen
- Du besitzt sehr gute Kenntnisse in den Programmen der Creative Cloud (Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro & After Effects)
- Du konntest bereits Führungserfahrung sammeln und besitzt die Fähigkeit, ein kreatives Team auszubauen, zu motivieren und zu leiten
- Du bringst einen selbstständigen und eigenverantwortlichen Arbeitsstil mit ausgeprägter Hands-on Mentalität mit
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- & Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
