Our journey of learnability, values and trusted relationships with our clients continue to be the cornerstones of our organization and these values are upheld only because of our people.Expertise Required:• Should have strong Functional and Application knowledge, in Oracle EBS R12 Modules – Shipping, MSCA, WMS, and Inventory modules. • Should have hands on implementation experience of Oracle EBS R12 WMS functions like Picking, Put-away, Task Management Cross docking, Barcode label printing, hand-held devices / scanners, 3PL • Should have experience of designing and delivering complex custom solutions in highly integrated applications landscape like integrating 3rd Party WMS, Transportation Management, Trade Compliance and excise applications, Weights & Dimensions, EDI with Oracle EBS• Knowledge on Transportation Management, PDH/PIM, SCP modules will be an added advantage• Knowledge on end-to-end processes Order to Cash, Procure Pay, Master data management, Intercompany processes is a must • Should be good with PL/ SQL and familiarity with Supply Chain and WMS DB tables• Should have played Solution Architect Role in the past, in Oracle ERP led transformations and should be well versed with Oracle EBS capabilities • Responsible for leading the requirements elicitation, fit-gap analysis, development, configuration, functional testing, and post-production support • Strong experience in gathering performance requirements, designing solutions for Very High transaction volumes and should have good experience of Performance Testing of solutions • Strong knowledge in Europe Localizations, preferably on Oracle ERP packages• Comfortable in driving requirements workshops, CRPs and Key Design Discussion sessions with client • Oracle Certification is mandatory, and Distribution Industry Experience is a plus• Knowledge of Oracle Technology stack and Cloud Web Services, ALM tools (like Panaya, JIRA), Performance testing tools is desired• Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills. Strong leadership and delivery management background working with offshore teams and 3rd party application teams, OCI etc., • Track record of interacting and building relationship with CXO level client contacts• Managing Client escalations as a Solution Architect• Onsite-Offshore communication and work managementResponsibility includes:• Client relationship management - Managing relationships with client personnel• Process design, harmonization and standardization, across multiple business units and geographies • Requirement’s elicitation, Fit-gap analysis, Solution design, Functional designs, and configurations for SCM processes on Oracle EBS • Lead cross track discussions and finalize cross track end-to-end solutions across Sales, Finance, Procurement and Logistics• Execution and support of functional testing, QA, SIT & User Acceptance Testing, Production Cut-over and post-production support • Working with and guiding technical teams on development activities like data mapping for integrations and data conversions, designing and testing extensions and reports • Ownership of Quality deliverables, managing and controlling scope of deliverables, tracking deliverables to closure• Review of Solution Design, Functional Specifications and Cross track solutions • Working with technical teams for executing Performance Tests, analysis and resolving performance issues• Working with BI teams for reporting solutions • Documentation of Process Design, Solution design, Functional Specifications, Configurations, Test scripts, Process SOPs, training material and keeping data updated on Defect tracking and ALM tools Qualification:• Extensive experience with Information Technology.• Good Functional knowledge and Application experience on Oracle EBS R12 in general and specifically with Oracle Warehouse Management, Inventory Management and MSCA modules, of which 10+ years should be on full cycle implementation processes• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills• Should be fluent in English languageWhy InfosysInfosys is a global leader in next-generation digital services and consulting.
