Emea Toolshop Leader

On this role the purpose is to optimize and standardize our Toolshop machine production to reach the TEOA requirements, develop future concepts and processes for Machining Parts and define new future Technology´s and Automatization.
**Responsibilities**:
- Define new technology and materials for our manufacturing processes
- Find new surfaces and coating to bring tools on a next level of performance
- Drive 3D printing technology for plastic and metal printing
- Create a Vision for future state - with brake through ideas and full automation concepts (ghost shift, automatic measurement for GPS) and use digital as an enabler.
- Responsibility for optimization and standardization of our Toolshop processes and machines in AUT EMEA.
- Toolshop machine strategy, footprint, replacements and roadmap development according our budget
- Ramp up plan for new toolshops in our manufacturing sites
- Support production capacity balancing between TE Toolshops in EMEA
- Build and drive effective cross-functional teams to develop best concepts to machine parts
- Roll out best practices (SDP)
- Drive initiatives for machine productivity increase, material saving, cost reduction
- Responsible to develop Toolshop machine concepts to meet our TEOA requirements
- Leadership and talent development
- Drive Safety initiatives and define requirements for the Toolshops
- Work together with COE to define and reach future needs
- Work active to improve our time to market by 50%
- Monitoring, Controlling, Tracking and Reporting of KPI’s Toolshops
- Rollout and training of employees about SDP
- Control of Back office India for all ME areas
- Interface and contact person between ME and Back office India
- Lead 1 or 2 special Projects which are coming up during a FY and drive execution
