**Clinical Sales Specialist (m/w) Cordis (Cardio
- und Endovascular)**

Verantwortungsbereiche:

- Sie haben Leidenschaft für Medizintechnik und arbeiten sich schnell in komplexe Themenfelder ein
- Sie finden Sinn darin täglich durch den Vertrieb unserer Produkte und den klinischen Support der Mediziner bzw. Pflegepersonal die Lebensqualität von Patienten zu steigern
- Verhandlungen mit Anwendern und Einkäufern sind für Sie interessante Aspekte Ihrer Tätigkeit, welche sie kreativ, eigeninitiativ und stressresistent angehen
- Sie tragen die Umsatzverantwortung für Ihr Gebiet und Ihr Erfolg beflügelt Sie
- Sie sind ein Netzwerker, Trendscout und Informationsbroker
- Im Team mit den Accountmanagern identifizieren Sie individuelle Kundenbedürfnisse und entwickeln Strategien, um diese Bedürfnisse fokussiert und nachhaltig zu adressieren
- Sie unterstützen das Team durch Cross-Selling Maßnahmen
- Ihr Einfühlungsvermögen, Ihre Energie und Ausdauer wird in Ihrem Umfeld geschätzt

Qualifikationen:

- Möglichst abgeschlossene medizinische/pflegerische Ausbildung oder ein wirtschaftliches/naturwissenschaftliches Studium bzw. eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Erfahrung im klinischen Umfeld
- Ganzheitlicher Blick auf komplexe Herausforderungen im deutschen Gesundheitswesen
- Lösungsbasiertes Denken und die Fähigkeit die entwickelten Kundenlösungen erfolgreich zu implementieren
- Hohes Interesse an einer spezialisierten Vertriebstätigkeit und ausgeprägte Erfolgsorientierung
- Hohe Motivation Anwender, medizinisches Fachpersonal und Einkäufer von unseren Produkten zu überzeugen
- Freude am Austausch über komplexe medizinische Fragestellungen
- Analytische und zielorientierte Vorgehensweise mit der Befähigung an komplexen kurz-, mittel
- und langfristigen Projekten zeitgleich zu arbeiten
- Ausgeprägte Kontakt
- und Kommunikationsfreude, ein sicheres Auftreten sowie die Fähigkeit überzeugend und anschaulich zu präsentieren
- Hohes Teambewusstsein
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse und gute englische Sprachkenntnisse
- Erfahrung im Vertrieb oder klinischen Support von Medizinprodukten ist wünschenswert
- Bereitschaft zu ausgeprägter Reisetätigkeit
