**OUTSOURCING / OPERATIONAL PERMANENT CONTROL SPECIALIST **(all genders)**:
**Aufgaben & Verantwortung: Das erwartet Dich****:

- Ganzheitliche Beurteilung, Analyse und Bewertung der Geschäftsprozesse hinsichtlich Qualität und Quantität, möglicher operationeller Risiken in den Unternehmensprozessen sowie der Einhaltung interner und externer Konzernrichtlinien
- Koordination und Überwachung der Risikokategorisierung und spezieller Kontrollen
- Einbindung von Auslagerungspartnern in das Kontrollgefüge
- Übernahme der Rolle des Outsourcing Beauftragten für die BNP Paribas REIM Germany gegenüber der BaFin und der Gruppe
- Pflege und Weiterentwicklung des Outsourcing Framework für die BNP Paribas REIM Germany
- Verantwortung für das Procedures Management: Inventur, regelmäßige Kontrolle der Aktualisierung, Implementierung in Signavio (Applikation)
- Erarbeitung von Optimierungspotenzialen bestehender Abläufe
- Verantwortung für das Incident Management (Analyse, Erfassung und Crosscheck)
- Koordination und Steuerung der Umsetzung von Maßnahmen aus der Internen Revision
- Verantwortung für die Erstellung von Reportings sowie die Organisation von Committees
- Direkte Berichterstattung an das Management-Board der BNPP REIM GmbH sowie an den Head of OPC der BNP Paribas Real Estate SA

**Expertise & Soft Skills: Das bringst Du mit**:

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches, juristisches oder mathematisches Studium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Erfahrung innerhalb der unterschiedlichen Themengebiete des operationellen Risikomanagements idealerweise erworben in einer Bank, einem Unternehmen der Fondsbranche oder einer Beratung
- Erfahrung mit dem Aufbau, Weiterentwicklung und Pflege von IKS Systemen in KVGen oder Banken
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der regulatorischen Anforderungen von AIFM-Gesellschaften
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Auslagerungssachverhalten
- Hohes Engagement mit detailorientierter, selbstständiger, zuverlässiger Arbeitsweise und starkem Qualitätsbewusstsein
- Vernetzte und analytische Denkweise sowie Verständnis für komplexe Zusammenhänge
- Eigenständige Arbeitsweise und professioneller Umgang mit Wirtschaftsprüfern und Regulatoren
- Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Microsoft-Office Produkten (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Interesse an Digitalisierung und Veränderung
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse, Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil
