**Project Management Office (PMO) Positions - Wessling**

**Position**: Project Management Office (PMO) - Change Control and Project Management **Contract Type**: Initial 6-9 month contract with potential extension or permanent contract **Industry**: Aerospace and Defence **Location**: Wessling **Language Requirement**: English fluency required and German is advantageous. **Working Pattern**:Hybrid working - 3 days on site, 2 days in the office.

**Role Overview**: We are currently seeking experienced individuals to join our Project Management Office (PMO) in key roles focusing on change control and project management. As a member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of projects within the Aerospace and Defence sector.

**Responsibilities**:

- Facilitate change control processes to ensure compliance with project requirements and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
- Generate reports and presentations to communicate project status and performance to stakeholders.
- Utilise project management tools such as Jira and Confluence to streamline workflows and enhance collaboration.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the Aerospace and Defence industry.
- Proficiency in English language, both written and verbal.
- Strong understanding of change control principles and project management methodologies.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence is beneficial.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

**Contract Details**: These positions offer initial 6-9 month contracts with the potential for extension or transition to permanent roles based on performance and business needs.
