YOU...

• play a crucial part in controlling the configuration quality of documentation and the flow of documentation between internal and external parties, including handling classified documents
• will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of asset management processes
• facilitate the receipt, distribution, archiving, and tracking of all documentation from/to external/internal parties, including classified documents, using designated tools
• compile and deliver comprehensive documentation data packs, ensuring teams have access to the latest versions
• maintain accurate delivery records and provide reports related to documentation delivery and the status of both unclassified and classified documentation
• conduct quality checks and assist in updating/adjusting documentation to meet document control standards
• address and resolve issues pertaining to documentation configuration, ensuring consistency and integrity
• monitor the proper usage and status tracking of documentation/deliveries within centralized tools, taking corrective action when necessary
• assist in developing and maintaining operational procedures for inventory management and documentation management in collaboration with ILS and CADM Management
• support the management and control of all system assets in the centralized tool
• conduct regular checks on the centralized asset tool/database to ensure accuracy and completeness

YOU...

• have a high school degree
• have proven experience in documentation control and management ideally in the space, aerospace or telecommunication sector
• pay strong attention to detail and organizational skills and are proficient in using Microsoft Office tools and ideally in document management tools
• have excellent communication and problem-solving abilities and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment respecting strict deadlines
• are ideally familiar with classified document handling protocols
• have fluent written and spoken English skills and ideally Italian and/or German skills
