Als Head of Marketing & Communication (m_w_d) sorgst Du für die Steigerung der Markenbekanntheit und Relevanz. Du bist verantwortlich für die Entwicklung und Umsetzung der Marketingstrategie, sowie der internen und externen Kommunikationsmaßnahmen. Dabei unterstützt Du bei der strategischen Planung und Umsetzung des richtigen Marketing-Mix und stimmst die Marketingmaßnahmen über alle Kanäle mit den relevanten Stakeholdern ab.

Deine Verantwortung
- Du verantwortest den Marketingplan und koordinierst die Maßnahmen mit den unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen
- Anhand KPI´s und Reportings sorgst Du für die Steigerung der Performance im Unternehmensziel
- Du leitest die Bereiche PR/Brand Communication, Social Media
- und Influencer-Marketing
- Du verantwortest das Management und die Koordination von Kreativagenturen und externen Partnern
- Mit Deinem Team implementierst Du erfolgreiche Marketing-/Mediakampagnen sowie Markenevents
- Du trägst die Verantwortung für die Marketing-/Mediabudgets (Ausrichtung an übergeordneten Zielen, ROAS)
- Du berichtest direkt an unsere Creative Marketing Direktorin (Director Studios) und unterstützt sie bei der Implementierung der strategischen Ausrichtung
- Mit Deiner Expertise und in Zusammenarbeit mit den Stakeholdern unterstützt Du Wachstumsperspektiven im B2B und D2C Umfeld und identifizierst Potenziale
- Als dynamische Führungspersönlichkeit baust Du die funktionalen Fähigkeiten des Teams weiter aus

Dein Profil
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing, Medien, Kommunikation oder vergleichbar
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement und Marketing einer Agentur oder eines Unternehmens, insbesondere in den Bereichen Social Media, PR und Projekt-Controlling
- Ausgeprägtes Gespür für Optimierungspotenziale
- Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Teamfähigkeit
- Affinität und Feingefühl für Bildsprache und Texttonalität
