For our Corporate Communications Department at our location in Hamburg-HafenCity, we are looking for a

Head of Communications & Marketing (M/F/d)

What you will do:
- Lead all internal and external communication and marketing activities of the company on corporate level- Develop and implement the Mabanaft corporate communications and marketing strategy together with our Management Team- Lead the Team with a positive spirit and grow together into a first class Communications & Marketing Team- Provide counsel and support to our senior management on aspects of internal & external communication- Develop and execute the external communications strategy for Media and Public Relations, Branding, Sustainability and Project Communication, Conferences and Events as well as Digital and Social Media- Actively drive change management efforts through employee communication, across existing and future communication channels

What helps you to fulfill this role:
- University degree in Business Administration, Communications or other related fields- Profound expertise in external and internal Communications, ideally on corporate level- First experience in leading a Team- Fluent in German and English, other languages are a plus- Enjoy working in a Team and multinational environment
