**Was erwartet Sie?**
In der Funktion als Sales Director (m/w/d) sind Sie verantwortlich für die Gewinnung und Betreuung von national und international tätigen Unternehmen in fach
- und vertragsspezifischen Themen. Gemeinsam mit KollegInnen in der ganzen Welt bilden Sie ein wertvolles Netzwerk für unsere Kunden
Ihre Aufgaben umfassen unter anderem:
- Gewinnung von neuen nationalen und internationalen Kunden und deren Tochtergesellschaften; Acquisition (überregional) von Industriegeschäft (gehobener Mittelstand bis Großindustrie)
- Auf
- und Ausbau des Kundenbestandes durch Cross-Selling Aktivitäten
- Spartenübergreifende Steuerung und Kontrolle des Risiko
- und Vertragsmanagements der Kunden
- Sicherstellung der Kundenzufriedenheit sowie professionelles Krisenmanagement
- Durchführung von Kundenterminen und die Steuerung von Betreuungsaktionen
- Durchführung der Risikoerhebung und Bedarfsanalyse in enger Abstimmung mit den Kunden
**Qualifications**:
**Was bringen Sie mit?**
- Eine erfolgreich absolvierte Ausbildung im Versicherungsbereich oder ein entsprechendes Hochschulstudium
- Berufserfahrung im Versicherungsbereich (Industrieversicherung) und in der Zusammenarbeit mit Großkunden
- breite Sparten
- und Marktkenntnisse sowie ein daraus resultierendes Verständnis für die Geschäftstätigkeiten unserer Kunden
- Fähigkeit zum Projektmanagement sowie Teamfähigkeit
- gutes betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis sowie einer hohen vertriebs
- und kundenorientierten Denk
- und Handlungsweise
- sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse, ein hohes Durchsetzungsvermögen
