**Start date: Mid February 2023 / ASAP**

**End date: 9 months, extensions possible**

**Main tasks**:

- Assist with the development of communication materials - drafting short texts, searching for appropriate images;
- Assisting with the preparation of the newsletter - collecting information, writing short texts, formatting the newsletter in Drupal;
- Managing functional mailboxes;
- Gathering information on upcoming speaking engagements and proposing texts for social media posts, with accompanying images;
- Preparing a weekly and monthly calendar of communication deliverables;
- Managing function mailboxes;
- Supporting the smooth running of the Head of Communication and Information Network.

**Education/Work experience**:

- Post-secondary education attested by a diploma, preferably in the field of communication/journalism/international relations;
- Minimum 2 years of which 6 months experience should be gained in a similar position.

**Computer skills**:

- Expert knowledge of MS office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint);
- Knowledge of Drupal (for website) and SharePoint (for intranet).

**Language skills**:

- Very good command of oral and written English (C1 level).

**Work schedule**:

- Onsite 40 hours per week from Monday-Friday
