Head of Production

**Here is what you bring to the table**:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
- Proven experience in manufacturing leadership, preferably in the high-tech industry
- Strong knowledge of production management, process optimization, and quality control
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
- Experience in implementing best practices and driving operational excellence
- Excellent leadership and people management skills to inspire and motivate the production team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve production challenges
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate with stakeholders
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in manufacturing operations
- Proven track record of successfully managing production schedules and meeting targets
- Demonstrated experience in working in a dynamic and rapid-paced, nimble environment
- Self-motivated with high standards for quality in your work
- Quick learner with a continuous improvement mindset
- Experience with budgeting/procurement
- Willingness to travel for business trips
- Fluency in English is a requirement
- Fluency in German is an advantage
- You are eligible to work in Germany
