The Supervisor NPI + Projects (m/f/d) for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for leading the NPI + Projects Team.
This position is part of the Manufacturing & Process Engineering (Technical Operations) team located in Baierbrunn/Munich and will be on-site.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Lead, manage and mentor your team.

• Lead projects in operations to execute the implementation of changes to the business. Projects are related to, but not limited to: NPI (New Product Introduction), CI (Continuous Improvement) and Design Changes.

• Engage with R&D to understand program roadmaps, project scope and set the right project teams.

• Making sure deadlines within the team are keep and needed information is shared with relevant stakeholders.

• Drive a project management culture in the department and approaching knowledge sharing across projects to ensure continuous improvement.

• Coordinate resources and sets daily priorities to meet operational objectives.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Master’s degree in Manufacturing/Production or Process Engineering or similar and extensive experience in manufacturing processes (+7 years).

• Strong leadership and project management skills.

• Experience in managing people and a strong technical background.

• Experience in the implementation of design changes and projects in a manufacturing environment.

• Excellent skills in Project Management Tools (e.g. Miro, Smartsheet, MS Project).

• Excellent English and German skills.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Experience in ISO 13485.

• Experience in Visual Project Management/PMP certification.
