We are looking for a Campaign Captain ✈️ to lead our Campaign Department
The Head of Campaigns will be the driving force behind the execution of our creator and paid media campaigns. Focusing on the demand side with brand advertisers and advertising agencies, you'll oversee all operations, ensuring our campaigns run smoothly and deliver amazing results. This role needs a strategic, organized leader with top-notch operational skills. You'll manage customer relationships, campaign operations, and creative processes to make sure every campaign is a success and clients are thrilled with the results.
Tasks
Your Responsibilities
- ️ Overseeing & Handling of all creator & paid media campaigns processes
What you will do
1\. Customer Management & Communication
- Serve as the primary point of contact for existing direct clients and agencies
- Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with (key) accounts to drive client satisfaction and retention
- Understand client needs and objectives to provide guidance & consultation for campaign solutions
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services in collaboration with sales
2\. Campaign & Creative Operations
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of creator campaigns, from onboarding to reporting
- Lead the creative process for campaign ideation, including developing briefings and concepts
- Coordinate with internal teams: Align on client objectives, campaign goals and deliverables (Sales) & to ensure the right priorities in the sourcing, acquisition and communication with creator supply (Creators)
- Provide guidance and translate feedback to creators (in collaboration with Creator team) to refine and enhance campaign content
3\. Reporting & Analysis
- Monitor & analyze campaign performance data to generate insights and recommendations
- Prepare detailed reports for clients, highlighting key metrics and results
- Use data to plan future campaign strategies and improve overall performance
4\. Leadership
- Support hiring efforts for the campaign team
- Future: Lead and mentor a team of campaign managers, paid media managers and automation managers
- Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for (junior) team members

Who you are ️
Required Job Experiences/Background
- Campaign Management Experience: Proven experience in managing marketing or creator campaigns, preferably within a digital or creator/influencer marketing environment (required)
- Client Relationship Management: Strong background in customer management and key account management (required)
- Industry Expertise: Understanding of the key players (agencies, brands) within the digital marketing ecosystem and the creator/influencer economy, as well as the key challenges, developments and opportunities (required)
- Data-Driven: Proficiency in monitoring and optimizing campaigns using data and analytics tools (required)
- Enthusiasm for tech products/platforms: Become an expert in using our platform and collaborate with our product team to further improve it according to learnings (required)
- Expertise with CRM & Sales Software: Competence executing processes & workflow in CRM tools (preferred)
- Creative Development: Experience in creative ideation and developing campaign concepts and briefings for TikTok & Instagram. You understand how TikTok and other social media channels work and are always on track about the hottest trends on social media. Plus you are experienced with video creation using the social media platform's filters, sounds, CapCut templates etc. (required) and Youtube, Twitch, Snap (preferred)

- Excellent Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in German & English (required)
- Leadership: Strong leadership abilities to guide and motivate a team (preferred)
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute strategic plans for key account and campaign management while identifying the market’s needs to continuously collaborate with the internal product team (required)
- Problem-Solving: Skilled in identifying issues and implementing effective solutions (required)
- Organizational Skills/Operational Excellence: Highly organized with the ability to manage a high amount campaigns simultaneously (required)
- Client-Focused: Dedicated to delivering excellent service and building long-term client relationships (required)
- Entrepreneurial Mind: Challenge existing processes and redefine them if needed (required)
