**A Snapshot of Your Day**

As a Senior Strategic Initiative Lead (f/m/d), you'll play a key role in our Global Business Function team, leading initiatives within Gas Service Distributed. Your responsibilities will include driving initiatives aligned with our Gas Services strategy to drive fleet growth, protection and decarbonisation. You'll also lead technical product marketing efforts, ensuring alignment between portfolio development, service and execution. In addition, you'll focus on positioning the distributed business to capitalise on public and private funding and external partnerships. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll use your analytical skills and project leadership experience to tackle complex challenges and communicate solutions to senior stakeholders. **How You’ll Make an Impact**
- Drive and support Gas Services Distributed focus areas by leading, driving and managing short, medium and long term strategic initiatives, including continuous improvement/lessons learned
- Design and manage regular executive level updates for Gas Services Distributed Management, analysing complex challenges to drive business requirements and initiate strategic projects
- Ensure transparency within and outside the organisation on technical marketing content for the distributed portfolio, working closely with other stakeholders in GS D and the regions
- Develop a public and private funding approach for external partnerships and ecosystems, while leading virtual project teams and fostering cross-organisational collaboration
- Support the preparation and coordination of senior management reviews, proactively managing, building or developing relationships with key partners and stakeholders across the organisation
- Leading virtual project teams, building a strong network within Gas Services Distributed and Gas Services and driving cross-organisational as well as cross-functional collaboration
- Proactively manage, build or develop and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders across the organisation, ensuring timely and regular engagement

**What You Bring**
- Master's degree (or equivalent) in engineering, science, economics or business administration
- Extensive experience of leading strategic projects with cross-functional, international and virtual teams, with a preference for consulting or strategy experience
- Long-standing professional experience, including a proven track record in people development and business development/consulting roles with exposure to senior management
- Enthusiasm and proactivity in driving improvements in new equipment and services businesses, covering small, medium and aeroderivative gas turbines, heat pumps, additive manufacturing and power plants
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills, with the ability to develop compelling solutions, taking into account the overall business situation
- Strong communication skills in English, coupled with extensive international experience in global organisations, facilitating effective stakeholder management and driving sustainable change

**About the Team**

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and
- decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof,
- steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
