We are seeking a full time Strategic HRBP Lead to cover the DACH and Israel region. You will partner with various stakeholders to implement regional initiatives to build the capability and sustainability of the organization, while continuously improving team engagement and collaboration across the region.

This position will actively participate as a valued member of the regional management team and be responsible for translating business priorities into talent, engagement, and organization plans that impact the wider organization. This role is expected to partner with key business stakeholders, corporate and local teams, and Center of Excellence (CoE) HR colleagues to drive change in talent and business strategies. The Lead will hire, manage, and grow other HR members.

**Specifically, you will**:

- Translate business agendas and objectives into a strategic HR roadmap, with supporting initiatives and action plans while garnering support/ownership for that roadmap within the organization
- Coach business leaders on people related matters including talent assessment, development and succession, organization effectiveness, and high-performing team characteristics
- Design, monitor, and measure HR metric/KPIs dashboards to facilitate change and drive key insights and decisions that support growth and retention
- Play a leadership role in the design and execution of business restructures, critical workforce planning initiatives and identify critical succession planning needs
- Enhance employee development & management throughout the year by providing coaching, mentoring and timely feedback; design fit-for-purpose goal setting agendas including 360 performance evaluations and overseeing the formal performance review and calibration process
- Mentor HRBP Team members on employee development best practices to support business needs
- Champion HR initiatives to support Diversity & Inclusion throughout the organization including the roll out action plans and guide leaders regarding mentorship, development, and promotion of diverse employees.
- Guide HR managers regarding mentorship, development, retention, and promotion of diverse employees
- Facilitate communication, collaboration and engagement across all areas of the business (geographically and cross-functionally)

**Qualifications**:

- 6+ years' of experience in a Human Resources discipline.
- Experience in HR transformation and implementation of core values.
- Experience in project management, change management, and independent program driving.
- Experience in data analysis, data management, and decision making based on data.
- Experience in interpersonal communication and relationship building with organizations at all levels.
- Experience in adaptation of working style to fit the needs of the teams.
- Knowledge of the technology or Internet business.
- Experience of helping global organizations scale.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent years of HR-related experience.
