**Intro Paragraph**:
The Lead HRBP will play a pivotal role within the HR team, both in an
Director and the HRBP team. You will help steer the strategy, priorities and
projects within the HRBP team and ensure their seamless implementation. Your
input and contribution will play a valuable role in the HR Leadership team’s continual evolution and success.

**Your Job**:
In addition to direct business partnering responsibilities for our Corporate Functions, you will also be responsible for providing guidance and support to our
talented team of HRBPs. Furthermore, you will closely align with other HR teams
(People Engagement, TA, Compensation and Benefits etc.) to contribute and
lead team-wide initiatives and projects.

**Your profile**:

- You are a driver of HR Business Partner development, have an affinity for

digital HR processes and are always seeking improvements and optimized ways of working.
- You conscientiously control the common HR processes such as annual

appraisals, salary rounds, bonus rounds, employee appraisals, development meetings, etc.
- At the same time, you have fun with the classic, operational HR topics and can also actively work hands-on yourself
- You are close to the workforce, always at eye level with your counterpart and

represent the HR department as HR Ambassador
- Your profound knowledge of German Labour Law will be a valuable

contribution to the company.
- You work efficiently and are always solutions-focused and results-oriented.
- You relish the chance to lead and motivate a small but talented team of HRBPs in a supportive and inspiring manner.

**Essentials**:
Your Skills and Experience
- In-depth knowledge of German labour law and regulations

guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies.
- Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization’s hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and the related administrative practices
- Fluent in English and German
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Superb Business-Partnering Ability and Experience (minimum 7 yrs in the role)
